In this episode of Energy Unplugged, we are delighted to welcome Alice Delahunty, President of National Grid Electricity Transmission, in conversation with Rebecca McManus, Senior Associate and our Renewables Lead for the European Power Markets Research team. The discussion focuses on the importance of energy networks in the transition to Net-Zero in the UK and other European power markets.

Alice is responsible for developing, building, maintaining, and operating the electricity transmission network in England and Wales, playing a critical role in enabling and delivering against the UK government’s Net-Zero commitments. Prior to this, she held a number of senior roles at E.ON, including Head of Operations for the offshore wind business.
