Kate Jeffers, President and Partner of independent, creative ad agency Venables Bell + Partners. It’s portfolio includes Audi, Reebok, 3M and Chipotle. The agency has won numerous awards and recognition including being named one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies and being named to Ad Age’s A-List and Best Places to Work lists, among many others.
