Today's episode is a recording of a conference talk Jason Barney gave about "Capturing Hearts Through the Beauty of Aristry". He shares the apprenticeship model of teaching with the participants in the room. Jason discusses that, often we aim at the students' heads and not their hearts, and it matters how much they care about what they know, not just worrying about how much they know. He proposes that the route to their hearts is through their hands.
