William Manzanares is a serial entrepreneur. He also is an author of a book called I Can't Read. This podcast will not only highlight his struggles as a non-reader, but lend inspiration to those who faces challenges in whatever facet of their life. In fact, sometimes, it is taking your struggle and turning it into a strength. For William, he took his struggle with reading and what he couldn't do and instead asked himself "how can I do it?" That turned him on to audiobooks and now for one of his businesses, it is a requirement that all employees read a specific book in order to get the job. This one-time struggle has actually elevated his business and his success as an entrepreneur.
