Neil Johnson has more than 20 years of investment banking and private equity experience including completion of over $1 billion in corporate finance transactions. He is Managing Partner of Lawrence, Evans Co., which is an investment banking and consulting company focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Neil previously managed $100 million dollars in assets at a regional investment bank.
