Tracy Waites sets the record straight on her husband Josh Waites who was the ex Director of the Department of Revenue of Georgia who busted the Chrisley's for State tax evasion, but then suffered massive retaliation from the Chrisley Family and their lawyers. All of which almost cost him his freedom through an indictment but what is the truth here. Why did the jurors come up with a unanimous verdict of malicious prosecution in releasing him. Is there some other corruption going on here that the Jury saw through in the allegations against Josh.
