According to Forbes, nearly half of all New Year’s resolutions focus on improving fitness. However, by April 1st, over half of these resolutions have already been broken, with only a mere 6% of people staying committed to their goals.
Despite our best intentions, why do we often give up?
Fitness is an ongoing journey without an age limit. It's not something to abandon or dismiss as we grow older. Like many worthwhile pursuits, consistency and perseverance are vital. Yet, sometimes, we require support and guidance along the way.
We need advocates to join us in the trenches and lead us forward. Great people like Laurie Anderson, who is enabling people to accomplish feats they once deemed impossible.
