Golden Wedding Anniversaries, 50 years, are not for the faint of heart. You get married, you make a commitment, you go off with your spouse, and there is no return policy. Fifty Years is a long but short time. With a thousand other voices, I can say it's amazing how fast time flies. God is good, and this is captured in Sarah's and my family verse, selected when we had our first child, a "Bicentennial Baby" in January 1976. In the old KJV language, the verse is Ps. 126:3: "The Lord hath done great things for us, whereof, we are glad." God is good and blessed me with a wife I do not deserve.
