Hirander Misra is Chairman & CEO of GMEX Group, a company that offers innovative solutions for the creation & operation of electronic exchanges and post-trading services and the CEO of ZERO13, part of the GMEX Group and a regulated digital exchange (SECDEX) and marketplace aggregation solution for carbon credits as well as ESG real-world assets.

Asad Sultan, CEO of Verdana
Asad Sultan is a finance industry veteran CEO of EcoConsortium, a pioneering venture jointly established by Verdana and EcoRegistry, and the first digital carbon registry in the Asia-Pacific, with a function for digital measuring, reporting and verification (dMRV) embedded in the platform. He is also the founder and CEO of Verdana, a SaaS Platform and end-to-end automation dMRV and asset management solution that can be used to assess, validate, and certify carbon footprint data and analytics.
In parallel, he is an advisor to ZERO13, a regulated digital exchange (SECDEX) and marketplace aggregation solution for carbon credits as well as ESG real-world assets.
With more than 25 years of experience in the investment banking industry, Asad is also the CEO of Deutsche Malayan Ventures since 2019, a company that provides cross-border advisory services for investment and execution of high-value projects in Malaysia and the CEO of KL Tech City, a venture studio investing in tech industry startups.
