In today's episode I'm going to talk about Design tests and challenges. A surefire way to turn designers away, and a very profitable habit for a lot of companies looking to make design hires. We'll be looking at reasons why they are wrong, and alternative ways to judge a designer's fit based on his resume and his portfolio, instead of doing work for free.
