It was great to finally be back with my friend and frequent Dare To Be Different Podcast guest, Ed Newell. We talked about the art of good communication skills and the impact of poor communication in personal and professional settings.
Although "defensive strategies" like preparing for the worst can occasionally work for you in the business world, they almost always negatively affect your personal relationships.
Choosing trust over suspicion and giving the benefit of the doubt will go a long way in building mutually satisfying and healthy relationships.
