The white flag is a symbol of surrender and is raised in response to another’s victory. This picture captures the right response of all people to the victory of Christ. By His life, death, and resurrection, He has proved victorious over sin, Satan, death, and hell. In response to His victory, we now raise the white flag of surrender in acknowledgement of his Lordship.
