My guest, Catherine O'Connell, has practiced law in Japan for over 20 years and has a lot of the answers.

Catherine O’Connell is originally from New Zealand, and has worked for major firms in New Zealand, Tokyo and London. She has held several in-house positions for well know Japanese companies.
