In this inaugural episode titled "Mending the Black Family," Drs. Tyrone and LaTanya Tyson discuss the phenomena of absent fathers in the black family. They dive into the historical impact of racism and slavery on the black family unit. Considering the obstacles black fathers face, they also discuss the importance of accountability and responsibility. Mending the black family requires a return to the Biblical model of the family which is established in the word of God.
