Welcome to another edition of "Conversations of Connection" with co-hosts, Scott Murray and Dr. Nina Rios-Doria. Our special guest is former Dallas Cowboys guard, Cory Proctor, who also spent time with the Miami Dolphins and the Detroit Lions. As we focus on our normal topic of Mental Wellness in Sports and Life, we specifically speak with Cory and how he coped with everyday life after being injured in the NFL and then transitioning out of football and into everyday life, while also coping with a loss in his family and how his faith gave him strength to meet with life's challenges.
