Stephen King, Founder and President, Imbrex
A commercial real estate veteran and next generation innovator, Stephen King is the founder and president of imbrex, the first property marketplace to syndicate on the Ethereum blockchain. Prior to launching imbrex, he served as Principal at King Interests, a full-service real estate firm based in Princeton, New Jersey. Stephen has launched several technology-related startups in the real estate space in his career and began participating in the blockchain community in 2013. A graduate of the University of Denver, Stephen holds a dual degree in real estate and international business.
As CEO of imbrex, William King advances key corporate objectives, including capitalization and fundraising; ongoing refinement of product offerings and development; and continued market advancement, both domestic and abroad. A successful entrepreneur, William was the founder and CEO of Zephyr Health where he pioneered and deployed a cloud-based solution that uses data and analytics to help predict and segment potential healthcare providers, specialists, or organizations. The service’s technology combines machine-learning algorithms that create predictive insights for every major treatment area using thousands of connected data sources. Purchased in 2018 by Anju Software, Zephyr Health continues to create healthcare solutions and function as a service leader.
Clark Machemer, Senior Managing Director, Crow Holdings
Clark Machemer leads Crow Holdings Industrial’s business in the Northeast, overseeing site selection and acquisition, team building, securing project entitlements, project design, construction, and project capitalization. Prior to joining Crow Holdings Industrial, Clark was previously with Rockefeller Group, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing on new developments in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Throughout his 20-year career Clark has been involved in the leasing and development of more than 13.5 million square feet of industrial space, 1 million square feet of office space, and 250 residential units. Clark began his career at Andersen Consulting. Clark earned a B.S. degree in Finance and Law & Public Policy from Syracuse University and an M.S. degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. Clark is a member of NAIOP NJ where he serves on the Executive Committee as Past President. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of CPNJ and has been recognized by NJBIZ Magazine as a member of its “Real Estate Power 50” the past three years.
