Prior to starting her coaching and consulting practice, Ronda Colavito was an internal coach and led talent and leadership development at Dolby Laboratories, Sony PlayStation and Peet's Coffee.
Ronda is a seasoned coach with more than 20 years experience of one-on-one and team coaching, as well as designing and leading a variety of corporate learning and leadership development programs.
She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) as well as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
In addition to her career in coaching and leadership development, she has experience as a broadcast journalist and in corporate communications.
In her spare time, she is usually hiking, baking, reading, or learning something new… like playing guitar.
