The stories shared on the pages of this book are similar to many people who struggle through different emotions and trauma which can sometimes silence us. As a result, we start suppressing the pain to keep it all inside of us. Then, we put on all sorts of masks to hide what is really going on in our lives. Oftentimes, making it possible for unchecked emotions and triggers to greet us with constant drama and strife. Deanna is one of three contributing authors in the anthology who have decided to speak up and speak out as a way to heal herself and others in similar predicaments. Her shared hope, along with the other contributing authors, is that this anthology inspires and empowers people to change their lives for the better.
