The former Wachovia executive joined US Bank in 2009 when it had 100 employees in North Carolina. It now employs more than 1,200 in the state, reflecting strong growth in various corporate banking ventures. O'Dell discusses US Bank's key growth initiatives and his outlook for small businesses given higher interest rates.
