I feel that we can all agree being in the education field as educators, paras, substitute teachers, and aspiring teachers that classroom management and being an educator in today's classrooms posses bigger challenges today than in the past. I'm going to discuss some things that I find difficult as a teacher, being in the education field and classroom, and how I overcome these challenges. Hopefully after this podcast you will have gained some extra insight that better helps you with challenges you may face within your classroom.
