In this episode, we sit down with Mike Stone who is the VAPA Coordinator for the Bakersfield City School District. He gives us an update on happenings in his district. He also spends a great portion of the interview explaining Proposition 28 on the November Ballot and how it would affect arts programs in all California public schools and why we should encourage people to vote for it.
