What an honour it is to be joined for our first interview of Season 5 by the one and only Ami Rankin.

Ami is our Head of Coaching & Development at BU. She is also a podcaster, Coach and mother.

You may have heard me interview Ami before on this show a couple of seasons ago. I asked her back because since then her personal development and growth journey has only been accelerated and magnified by becoming a mom.
