In this episode, we speak with Ashok Banker, a best-selling author and screenwriter based in LA with over 80 books and a career spanning 30 years who identifies as non-binary. They are known for their popular Mahabharata and Ramayana books that have been adapted into screenplays as well. We speak to them about their extremely unusual childhood, what inspires them to write as much as they do and all things about their debut thriller fiction; A Kiss After Dying, a story about a young south Indian woman living in the US who is on a mission to avenge the deaths of her family.
