· Athletics (track and field): Women’s 4x100m relay final; Women’s shot put final; Men’s 4x100m relay final; Women’s 400m final; Men’s triple jump final; Women’s heptathlon 800m final; Women’s 10,000m final; Men’s 400m hurdles final.
· Beach volleyball: Men’s and Women’s medal finals
· Boxing: Men’s 92kg final
· Breaking: Women’s individual final
· Canoe sprint: Women’s K2 500m finals
· Diving: Women’s 3m springboard final
· Football: Women’s bronze-medal game and the Men’s gold-medal game
· Hockey: Women’s bronze medal and gold medal games
· Sport climbing: Men’s boulder/lead medal final
· Swimming: Men’s 10km marathon final

In Paris Olympic Games Women’s basketball semifinals overnight – USA 85-64 Australia and Belgium 75-81 France. So USA vs France for gold and Australia vs Belgium for bronze.
The Men’s basketball finals – it’s Germany vs Serbia for bronze, and hosts France take on the USA Dream Team for gold.
In Rugby Union: Our world famous tips for The Rugby Championship kicking off at Suncorp Stadium today, we tip the Springboks to stew the Wallabies, and Ardie “The Man” Savea to lead the All Blacks in a rout of Los Pumas in Wellington.
In Rugby League: Parramatta fans were left fuming last night, following a brutal loss, accusing match officials of allowing a blatant obstruction in the lead up to Penrith’s match-winning try.
The Panthers needed a try to pull off an epic comeback and Izack Tago scored it at the death, but replays showed lead runner Liam Martin taking out an Eels defender.
Despite a lengthy review, the try stood and what do you expect - Nathan Cleary knocked over the conversion for the premiers to steal a 36-34 win.
Eels skipper Clint Gutherson called the Bunker “a lottery” for the missed call in the 78th minute.
In the Paris Olympic Games Football Men’s final: Spain won gold 5-3 over hosts France this morning.
In the Women’s finals: Germany 1-0 Spain for bronze with USA vs Brazil for gold tomorrow morning.
In SportsBiz: ESPN+ streams more live sports than any other platform, which costs parent company Disney billions of dollars annually.
But that has been the key factor in Disney’s streaming business becoming profitable earlier than anticipated.
Last Wednesday, Disney reported earnings from its fiscal third quarter, which ended 29 June: Overall, the company brought in revenue of US$23.2Billion.
Disney+, ESPN+ and Hulu turned a combined profit for the first time - US$66Million profit from ESPN+, helped offset a US$19M loss from Disney+ and Hulu.
And in Boxing: Algerian boxer Imane Khelif won gold in the Women’s 66Kg category at the Paris Olympic Games overnight, overcoming immense controversy, after the Russian President of the International Boxing Association claimed that she was not technically a female.
A claim which the International Olympic Committee strongly refuted in allowing Khelif and a Taiwanese female fighter to participate in the Women’s boxing competition.
