DivTal is an online job platform that connects inclusive employers to Black, Indigenous, People of Colour talent.

In this episode, Bedi and Mundanara talk all things inclusivity and diversity in business. From their own experiences navigating the space to what changes can be made to improve the experience for others starting out.
