Joe McConaughy is a very accomplished ultra-endurance athlete having completed FKT's (Fastest Known Time) on the John Muir Trail, Arizona Trail, Appalachian Trail, and the Pacific Crest Trail. Joe is also an Ultra-Endurance Coach and has been Adam's coach for a couple seasons guiding Adam to a finish at the Moab 240 in 2022 and the Cocodona 250 in 2023.
