The term "Mental Health" can be very confusing, especially because, we cannot see it! Rajvi Mariwala, Director of Mariwala Health Initiative joins us to talk about her journey as a social entrepreneur and what led her to start the initiative of raising awareness about mental health. Being a certified animal behaviorist is also one of the works that she does. In this episode, we discuss what mental health is and how can schools, corporates, and individuals take a note of it in their culture and start an initiative to talk about it. She says community-based mental healthcare is the way to go to handle the population of 150 million people in India suffering from mild to severe mental health issues.
