Boston-born beer makers Trillium Brewing Company have been winning their fair share of awards in their five years of existence, mostly in the hop forward IPA categories but making a sweet splash with their experimental pastry stouts. The boys’ good pal Thrillon returns from his beer-trading escapades with a bevy of dark brews to sample and review on the show - a rare treat out here in sunny southern California - including their Tiramasu Imperial Stout, Coconut Pecan Pie Imperial Stout, Nanaimo Imperial Stout, and Affogato Imperial Stout.
