In todays episode, Jacquie is joined with Somatic Business Coach, Claire Thorpe to go into depth with how your nervous system has such an impact on how you show up and the impact it can have on how you scale your business.
Claire is a somatic coach, yoga teacher and business mentor. She supports women with nervous system nourishment and business strategy support as they navigate the ups and downs of growing and scaling their businesses.
She is a certified Regenerative Alchemy Somatic Experiencing Coach and 300hr qualified yoga teacher. She is an ex head of marketing, having left her corporate career in 2022. She blends her experience in a holistic approach to body, soul and business coaching. She focuses predominantly on nervous system healing and embodiment work with clients now as she believes who we are being is just as important as what we are doing in business.
