With all the money I spent on degrees in Ministry, Leadership and Communications, and founding a Creative Practice, where am I ministering, leading and what am I communicating to my family, my neighbors, my industry and my audience? There was an exercise that I had done in a job that was to write a resignation letter. In Soul Work, the first step is doing just that starting out with "I Surrender All."
