In this episode I discuss some of the key things that helped me get my period back and my story. I am not a doctor by ANY MEANS but i hope that me sharing my experience can help anyone out there who is struggling 💜 key points -time, patience, consistency -eat more consistently throughout day -add larger serving of foods your already eating -increase fats (nut butter, butter,eggs, yogurt, avocado, nuts, seeds etc) -allow body rest/ decrease training -reach out to professional:))
