How to let go of pressure & expectations and increase vibrational alignment
Manage episode 452170806 series 3434200
This internal drive to keep going, to push harder, go faster, aim higher - a lot of people call it motivation, they believe it’s a good thing, they want more of it. While this masculine energy has served us much, I don’t believe it is a desirable state to be in for too long. It drains you, and it tempts you down paths you’d rather not go. So I want to shed some light on how we can release pressure and high expectations on ourselves and find a healthy middle ground to achieve but also improve our wellbeing.
We talk:
- BTS of a time in my life where the pressure kept eating me up inside and what I learned from it about vibrational alignment
- Enjoying where you are and what you’ve achieved even if you know you can do more
- Finding the balance between growing wealth & and improving your wellbeing
- The importance of trusting into a higher power
- Why certainty is the antidote to pressure and how we can tap into it
