There is always a debate between customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX). The term UX has been around for a bit longer than CX. on the other hand, CX is a newer concept that has only started to gain recognition in the past twelve years or so. Both UX and CX are crucial for brand success—so what’s the difference between the two, and how do they complement each other?
