Mentorship is all about sharing experiences, expertise and lived situations to help others, while ultimately equipping Mentees to make their own decisions. Business consulting is a form of mentorship. While Business Owners, CEOs, and Leaders are equipped and prepared to be Mentors, these same leaders require mentorship allowing them to be life-long learners. The experiences of both Mentors and Mentees are equally important and consists of being a two-way street. Mentorship is an imperative and responsibility; while being rewarding, and a gift to be given. Our Authentic Realness Podcast (ARP), Aaron R.
