I recently attended a mastermind coaching program and that was the theme of the entire event. Most people start a business from an idea they're passionate about enough to call it a hobby. Yet, they get caught up in the game still playing like it's a hobby.

It all boils down to evaluating what you're currently expending your resources (time and money) on. How many hours do you spend on actually working in your business? How often do you do your ROI (return on investment) check to see if you're deploying your resources appropriately?
