In today's episode, we're talking about imparting the vision so others will run with it. How exactly is that done? When we look at Scripture, Habakkuk 2:2 offers us some clues on how to do that. Proverbs 29:18 also tells us why vision is important. Vision is important because without it, the people will cast off restraint. Another translation says that where there is no vision, the people run wild.
Leaders, if you want your organization to grow, you must do everything necessary to impart the vision to your team. Teaching them is not enough. There is a distinction between those who catch the vision versus those who you've taught about the vision.
