In this episode I talk to Heather Ritchie, Head of Strategy, Portfolio and Services Marketing for Nokia software.
Heather's two decade career includes executive communication and marketing leadership positions in global high-tech companies. She just concluded a four-year research study on the impact AI and diversity will have on the way people communicate and is writing a book on her findings. She runs campaign strategy and internal communication for Nokia’s software business and advises on their corporate diversity program.
