I caught up with Shel Holtz, SCMP, Director of Internal Communication at WEBCOR Builders, while I was in Vancouver for IABC's World Conference earlier this year. Shel is a strategic powerhouse and leader in our profession when it comes to internal communication and technology. He's working in-house again after 23 years running his own consultancy, Holtz Communication & Technology, where he worked with clients across the world on communication audits, social media strategies and content.
