There's been a shift in our day to day. Since March, our world has been in a constant state of evolution from ‘normal’ to ‘abnormal’ to ‘semi normal’ to ‘the new normal’. We know that change in our lives is certain, but we also know that change has impact on the individual. In this episode, we hope to shed some light on these changes and their impact on our mental health.
TIPS FOR COPING WITH ANXIETY/DEPRESSION:
- Physical activity
- Eat healthy and well balanced meals
- Get plenty of sleep
- Avoid substance use
- Make time to unwind
- Connect with others
- Limit screen time
- Renew your mind
