Patrick Murdoch is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Murdoch Legal, a boutique law firm focusing on corporate and transactional law. A McGill University faculty of law graduate, Patrick gained substantial legal experience in M&A and litigation as an Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP, a renowned international law firm based in New York.

Patrick’s tenure at Shearman & Sterling LLP, coupled with his academic background, has provided him with a firm grounding in the legal field. In 2011, he made the strategic move from BigLaw to a more personal approach, setting up Murdoch Legal.
