Have you ever had an impulse to create something, to express yourself through that creation, to get up and MAKE something .... but this inner voice is trying to talk you out of it?
Maybe it's easier to just stay on the couch, maybe it's easier to just be on your phone, maybe it's easier to just DO NOTHING.
Stop doing that. Trust those impulses. Listen to them.
