33. Pause and Breathe

Today’s episode is a little different, but I know you’ll enjoy it! As we are winding down June, I wanted to check in with you and make sure you’re prioritizing the foundation of core care. While it can seem overwhelming to take care of yourself, I encourage you to choose just one thing to work on to improve your well-being. Breathwork is a great practice that will give you intentionality and presence.
In this episode, I’m sharing a recorded session with Kelsey Larson, a breathwork expert, held in our Cowgirls Over Coffee membership earlier this month. Kelsey teaches different techniques to use as you introduce your body, mind, and soul to breathwork. She shares ideas for both you and your children to help regulate the nervous system. I’m also talking about our Set the Tone workbook and how using it can help you be successful in the remainder of 2024.
