In this episode, I dove deep into the importance of celebrating life, inspired by my daughter's recent 16th birthday. Seeing her joy and excitement made me reflect on how we can capture those precious childhood moments and carry that same enthusiasm into our adult lives. Life’s too short not to find joy in the little things and create lasting memories with our loved ones.
