Jocelyn has been working with people for over 25 years. With a holistic approach she really gets down deep to the root of your entire life and can help provide a path to truly understanding one self.

Jocelyn unfortunately went through a domestically violent relationship at a young age and had lost both her parents through the COVID pandemic. In this episode Jocelyn shares with us her experience both personally and professionally with trauma and how she was able to heal and keep coping with life.

"He would, yea, hurt me but also hurt himself, and I would watch, and then he would say things like 'this is what you do to people!'" -JB

"But as a 15 year old girl, I took that in, in a way that I had to decondition myself from that for many years." - JB

"It's typical with domestic violence is 7 times. The woman goes back 7 times. That's like an average number for women who go back into domestic violence." - JB

"I had no closure because I was kept away."-JB

They kicked me and my dad out before she died; even though it was 20min later. They wouldn't let us stay. There was so much craziness that went on during that time."- JB

A lot of my family now dislikes me because they think I killed him."- JB

Jocelyn is an amazing woman and is awesome at what she does. I highly recommend just talking with her, I promise you'll feel lighter and happier that you have. You can find Jocelyn on Facebook, Instagram, and her website www.jocelynbates.net
