MissionEdge Technologies is a cybersecurity company that has a four-pronged plan for growth, shares CEO Wayne Schmidt. “Most, if not all, of the employees at MissionEdge have children that are still in the daycare to grade school phase. My kids are in eighth grade and a senior in high school. And so I have a lot of things outside of work where I want to get to sports matches, plays, and activities that they have. So we understand that people have life outside of work, and they need time to go do those things. And it's important because I think that if you have employees that feel supported by the company -- that they can go and do those things -- then they're better at their job and they're happier there.”
