Joel Teague's journey into the world of electric vehicles began when he faced personal challenges in accessing a home charger for his EV. This experience sparked the idea for Co-Charger, aiming to provide bookable, convenient, and affordable charging options to accelerate the transition to electric vehicles. Joel's professional experience extends beyond his role at Co-Charger. He is actively involved with the Renewable Energy Association and has significantly contributed to its subgroups, including the EV Forum, now known as Recharge UK. A key figure in both the Cross Pavement Group and the ABC group, Joel is dedicated to researching and promoting viable alternative charging solutions for EVs. His work focuses on changing the narrative from reliance on public charging infrastructure to enhancing reassurance about home charging options.
