Yusuf is an innovative leader in one of the largest colleges in the UK. He has worked as a teacher and leader in London, Bristol and Cardiff and is passionate about creating effective teams that thrive.
Yusuf is a prominent digital transformer and has worked at national level to implement changes in response to the pandemic. An advocate of Nudge Theory, Growth Mindset and Values Based Leadership, Yusuf looks to build diverse teams that are outward-facing, take inspirations from others and find bespoke solutions to meet the needs of the collective.
