Dr Findy Wills started as a small animal veterinarian in Newcastle after graduating from the University of Sydney with first class honours. She has been servicing the area for the past 14 years. She is currently based in Central Coast and is enjoying everything the region has to offer. During her time as a small animal clinician, she found her clients were often in need of answers for their pets' behaviour problems. Seeing first-hand the end result of untreated mental health disorders in animals sparked her commitment to further her studies in animal behaviour with the University of Edinburgh, UK in 2017. She currently holds a Masters degree in Clinical Animal Behaviour and has a particular interest in human-animal relationships and trauma-informed care. ollow the links below to learn more and to learn more about the show itself.

I personally got the pleasure of meeting Dr Wills at a conference in Sydney and instantly gravitated towards her approach. We have since worked together and shared ideas and the more I did the more I realised how much this incredible person has to bring our industry.

In this episode we discuss both of our approaches to supporting our clients and their dogs, emotional reulgation being at the core of what we are both trying to achieve.

Dr Findy Wills is currently the resident behaviour veterinarian for Lets Talk Paws based in the Central Coast of NSW and works as an advisor and with behavioural cases for the RSPCA. To learn more about her work and the show itself, follow the links below.
