Today, I am going to share a short and very interesting conversation that I shot in the year 2018 with my childhood friend from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, New Delhi - Murali Balaraman while walking in the musical ambience of 'Central Park' in New York.

Murali has been in the profession of investments for many years now and the same demands him to make many critical decisions. So, he is the right person to deep dive into the topic of 'decision making'.

During our discussion, Murali and I delved into the intricacies of decision-making, highlighting the significance of anticipating and preparing for unfavorable outcomes. As Murali aptly stated, one must take mature responsibility for their decisions and be receptive to course correction while remaining composed in the face of uncertainty.

I invite you, my dear friends, to watch this amazing conversation and understand the importance of decision-making wherein you are fully conscious and mature to take responsibility for the outcome of your decisions. Let's keep re-emphasizing the importance of being in action wherever we are and being open to course correction while allowing ourselves the freedom to make mistakes!
