With so many car manufacturers shifting their production lines to electric vehicles (EVs), some are projecting that we could have more than 18 million EVs on the road by 2030. The Charge Ahead Partnership believes that the fastest, most efficient way to build out that charging network is to utilize existing businesses that are willing to invest their own money to serve EV drivers. Charge Ahead Partnership is a coalition of businesses, organizations and individuals that share the common goal of efficiently and effectively developing a charging network for EVs across the United States. Jay Smith, executive director of the Charge Ahead Partnership, and Tiffany Wlazlowksi Neuman, vice president, public affairs at NATSO, join the podcast to discuss the changes needed in energy policy so that the truckstop and travel center industry can implement EV charging stations and sell electricity in a way that is profitable.

With special guests:

Jay Smith, Executive Director, Charge Ahead Partnership and Tiffany Wlazlowksi Neuman, Vice President, Public Affairs, NATSO

Hosted by:

Amy Toner, NATSO, Vice President, Membership
